This is how it starts: they take words you’ve known your whole life – freedom, love, growth – and slowly poison them. Twist them. Make them mean the opposite of what they meant before. Until you can’t even think your way out because every word for escape has been redefined as spiritual failure.
If you’ve ever caught yourself unable to say “no” because that’s “negativity,” or unable to rest because that’s “resistance,” or unable to leave because that’s “giving up” – this is for you.

If these redefinitions feel familiar, you’re not crazy. You’re not weak. You’re recognizing the bars of a linguistic cage.
The first step to reclaiming your mind is reclaiming your language. Start small. “Tired” can just mean tired. “No” can just mean no. “Leave” can just mean leave.
Your words. Your definitions. Your freedom.
